Our credo is to apply expert knowledge selecting an adequate candidate in the shortest time possible and full commitment until a candidate for the vacant position is found.
How it works…
We talk to potential candidates in qualified markets and motivate them for the task and prospect so that we can successfully occupy the vacant development, administration or consulting position.
We will consider your individual “Off-Limits” and will talk to candidates personally within our partner network to find a qualified candidate. This talk will allow us to evaluate professional experience and motivation for the task offered. Due to our expert knowledge the evaluation of the candidate’s in-depth knowledge is extensive. We make sure that we only refer candidates that have the technical knowledge that match your requirements.
We will report potential candidates to you in written correspondence. We attend individual presentations of the candidates if required. Contract negotiations are also part of our services if requested.
Protection of customers
We will not contact our customers’ employees.
Schedule and Fees
We aim to refer a candidate within a week after our personal meeting. In that case the search is concluded within four to six weeks. However, we continue scouting for candidates as long as the position is vacant.
Fees are based on the yearly salary of the selected candidate. Please contact us for an individual quote.
Warranty
In case the selected candidat leaves your organisation during the probation time, we will select another candidate free of charge.
